???? Important Notes on Prize Money:

– Prize money is awarded to podium finishers only if a minimum of 20 participants are registered in that gender category.

– If 10–19 participants: Prize money for Champion & 1st Runner Up only.

– Below 10 participants: Champion only.

– Podium is determined by Gun Time.

– Winners must be present at the awards ceremony. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

– Podium positions are for Amateur Athletes only.

???? IMPORTANT RULES & GUIDELINES

General Rules:

— Participants must meet the minimum age requirement for their chosen category.

— All registrations are online only. No on-site registrations will be accepted on race day.

— Valid photo ID is required for race kit collection at the Race Expo.

— All race kits must be collected during the Race Expo. Kits will not be distributed on race day.

— All participants must agree to the event waiver during registration.

Race Day Rules:

— Timing chips are mandatory for Half Marathon, Challenge Run & FNF Run participants.

— Race bibs must be worn visibly at all times. No bib = disqualification.

— Participants must begin at their designated start times.

— All runners must stay on the official race route and follow race officials and volunteers.

— Littering is strictly prohibited. Please use designated bins.

— Pets and strollers are not permitted on the racecourse.

— Medical assistance is available along the course. Seek help immediately if needed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

— The event proceeds rain or shine. Severe weather may delay the start — no refunds will be issued.

— Registrations are transferable to another participant with a transfer fee.

— No refunds under any circumstances, including injury or illness.

Conduct & Fair Play:

— All participants must show respect toward fellow runners, volunteers, and event staff.

— Any disputes must be reported to race officials immediately after the race.
