• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of event cancellation by ActivePulse Bangladesh.

• If an event is rescheduled and you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 to 10 working days from the announcement.

Product Purchases:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a replacement or refund.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days of approval.

Delivery Information

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 5 working days.

• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 10 working days.
